I have known Howard since early 1977 serving together with him on the elder board of our first church. We have remained friends through the years even though miles have separated us. I have found him to be a man of integrity and honesty. You do not have to worry about him having another agenda or other hidden ambitions other than what would be straight forward and Jesus honoring. Howard has grown to be a man of great giftedness as it pertains to ministering healing in worship services or crusade settings. He has a refreshing almost childlike simplicity of faith which just expects Jesus to do what He has said in His Word that He would do- and Jesus does it! I am able to recommend Howard to you very confidently as I say to you that you will rarely work with someone who has as pure a heart before the Lord.
